These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of section.tools ("we", "our", or "the Service"), owned and operated by Grafitekt, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, located at ul. Aktorów 1/80, 31-356 Kraków, Poland (NIP: 8652007297).

By accessing or using section.tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account via Memberstack. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring billing, unless you cancel.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Memberstack dashboard. We do not issue refunds for partially used periods.

4. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our components and content solely for your personal or business website projects.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our content,
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes,
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on section.tools, including designs, components, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Grafitekt. Use of our materials outside the scope of these Terms is prohibited.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Memberstack.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
